At Naturique.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 7–10 working days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The item must not be damaged

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used personal care products

  • Opened hair or skin care items

  • Products damaged due to misuse


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a few working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement accordingly.
