Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 7β10 working days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and unopened

The product must be in its original packaging

The item must not be damaged

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Used personal care products

Opened hair or skin care items

Products damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement accordingly.
